  • Select any of the other filters you wish to apply and then click search.
  • The properties we have available which meet your criteria will appear in the centre.

  • You can save your search and also have emailed to you any new properties as they become available.
  • Print out any of the properties that interest you.
  • Drive by any properties you printed. If you still like it from the road call the letting agent on the page to organise to see through.

2. Applying to rent your new home.

  • Once you have seen through the property and decided this is the new home for you, you will need to complete a tenancy application form.
  • A tenancy application form can be completed online by clicking here or by visiting our branches either Grey St or Victoria St.
  • We will undertake various checks on you and providing all is in order we will prepare a tenancy agreement for you to sign. We will discuss details of bonds, keys, rules and property conditions with you prior to having you sign the agreement.
