As of Tuesday 17th November 2009 property managers are no longer regulated in New Zealand

This means anyone can set up a company and start ‘managing’ your asset and receiving rent on your behalf. When you entrust your property with Lodge City Rentals you're placing it with a company that is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. This means we will continue to have Trust accounts – your rent is held in trust until we release it direct to you each month, it is used for nothing else. We are audited regularly throughout the year by external auditors so you can be assured your income is safe and secure.
